I am a BANT registered nutritional therapist. I specialise in teaching 8 week nutrition courses to members of the public. These courses educate people on how to improve their diets, how to feed their families, and how to improve their physical and mental health.
I am a specialist in CFS and ME. I also give one off nutrition talks to local businesses and organisations.
I am the author of the book 'Recovery from CFS - 50 Personal Stories'.
I am based in a ladies only gym, Trainhers, Kelleway avenue, Redland, Bristol BS6 7LW.
