I am an experienced mobile holistic therapist and I deliver my services to your home or place of work.

The World Health Organisation has defined health as being more than simply the absence of illness, it is the active state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being. These four aspects of ourselves are constant reminders of our precious and yet extraordinary nature.

Massage has been used for thousands of years as a simple and effective method of attaining and maintaining good health.

I have been a qualified practitioner for 29 years, starting with Reflexology in 1986 then Aromatherapy in 1997 I have continued to add other therapies since.

Aromatherapy - 1hour £32.
Sticks & Stones massage - 1 hour £36.
Warm Bamboo Aroma Fusion - 1 hour £38.
Bamboo massage - 1 hour £38.
Swedish massage - 1 hour £30.
Myofascial Release(Trigger Point Therapy) - £36.
Indian Head msg - 40 mins £25.
Reflexology - 50 mins £28.

Warm Bamboo is a relatively new therapy and uses warmed bamboo sticks to provide a unique, deep massage which promotes a sense of well-being and exquisite relaxation. I also use warmed basalt stones providing a more intense massage with similar results to a sports massage.

I adapt my treatments to your specific health needs and often use more than one therapy in a session when called for. I cover all of Bristol and surrounding areas.
I also carry out treatments at Vicarage Farm Therapy Centre Olveston BS35 4BT.
I am happy to travel further afield for more than 1 treatment. Please enquire.
A service is also offered to corporate clients, hotels, care homes and hospices.( This is purely a professional service and only services listed are practised.)
