Clover Medical Conferences Ltd aims is to help health professionals set up medical meetings/ conferences. This can include assisting with the logistics of setting up part of the meeting e.g. booking a conference room in a hotel and/ or catering or managing your meeting from start to finish.
An initial consultation will be organised with you to discuss your requirements and planning starts from there. You will be kept informed each step of the way and kept up to date on planning progress which will include your budget spend.
Services Include: Venue sourcing, event advertisement, delegate registration, sponsorship negotiation, evaluation and review.
