CS Property Maintenance are basically two life long friends who have carried out working together in private homes in Bristol and surrounding. We are not a fancy big firm who subcontracts to unknown trades men, we are small with a big reputation built over near on twenty years and customers we go back to till this day. We only carry out work we are skilled at and learnt over many years. We also carry out work for landlords lets around Bristol. The kind of work you can expect from us would be repair jobs involving roofs this can range from parapet walls, to lead, to chimney stacks and coping stones.Plastering is another skill we possess this involves all aspects such as ceiling repairs, dry wall application. We carry out all damp issues involving rising or penetrating external cracked wall etc and complete in finishes such as flat rendering , pebble dashing , tyrolene . Guttering renewal, wall insulation and much more all are work is carried out properly from preperation, levels and ratio mixing and addative exact as should be.
