Whether you are a beginner or a master, whether you want to play some friendly games over a pint or compete at the highest level - you will find a warm welcome at South Bristol Chess Club. We currently have five teams competing in the Bristol & District league and intend to enter more later in the season.
We hold:
blitz and rapidplay tournaments
an active and growing Junior Section
annual club Open, Major and Minor Championships
regular advice from experienced players
