How your support plan works

We monitor your PC or laptop with our monitoring software. You won't notice us doing this and it will certainly not slow you down. As a result, your computer will be kept up-to-date, and be free from malware, viruses and ransomware. We will also let you know if a component of your device is failing. This does not mean that our team are spying on you! We only access your device when you have asked us to.

Raising a support ticket

If you need our help, simply raise a support ticket via your online account. This ensures all tasks are responded to in a timely fashion. Most importantly, it also ensures recurring problems can be addressed with a long-term solution. We will show you how to do this once you have signed up for support.

Once you have signed up to your online account, you can view your plan details including being able to:

Raise a new support ticket
Access our TeamViewer app for remote support
See your domain names and hosting renewal dates
View your contract details
Pay for new services such as email additions or for site visits
Update your information
View your invoices
