Associate Director of Clinical Services - Quality Improvement
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Associate Director of Clinical Services - Quality Improvement to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Stapleton, Bristol area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This is one of UK's leading hospitals for the treatment of individuals, families and couples facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions
Your key responsibilities include:
• Ensures delivery of the highest level of clinical and therapeutic care together with ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against quality performance indicators
• Provides leadership, organisation and co-ordination to ensure effective clinical governance
• Providing professional advice on quality governance issues to all staff at site, promoting high standards of care and development of clinical practice
• Work closely with the regional Quality Improvement Lead in ensuring site improvement is evident and requesting support when needed
• As part of the Senior Management team will carry out on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as Excel
• Accredited nursing mentor/or equivalent
• Experience of management and leadership of a team in a clinical setting
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience of implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment Proficient in
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary up to £43,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin. We will also consider Allied Healthcare Professionals with a valid HCPC registration
